I like the laptop and it meets my expectations, however there is a pronounced sound it produces when switched on and sometimes while in use.

US Keyboard Layout
Something that I unfortunately glanced over is that the product has a US Keyboard Layout - but even with the cost of buying a UK Replacement Keyboard and fitting it the price was still really good.Laptop arrived with minimal scratches/nicks on the exterior and was in an overall good condition.But please note my first point about the US Keyboard layout and don't glance over the spec and miss this! I should have read the full spec carefully first!

Good Laptop No response from seller
Brought this laptop to edit photos etc, arrived all good, sold as New Condition on Windows 10pro, which then upgraded to Windows 11, no issues, however from day one the shift 2 button to get a@ sign, actually gets me " sign instead and vice versa, plus I have a message in a box that pops up all the time ref Conexant audio device cannot be found, I have emailed the supplier with both issues and as yet I have not received a response, whilst I appreciate we have had Christmas, I thought I would have heard something, if issues get resolved, Happy to change my review

The keyboard lights is not working and the @ symbol I think it's interchanged with the " symbol
I received the laptop in good faith and I thank you so much for delivering on time.I'm impressed with the general look of the computer but there are a few things I'll like to point out.1.The laptop has no keyboard lights and2.Also the @ symbol is interchanged with the " symbol.If you can help with these two things I would appreciate that.Thank you.
