Ive tried multiple fat burners and seen and felt no difference. I bought this L-Carnitine 3000 and within 24 hours I started dropping about a pound per day. I'm nearly through the first bottle and just ordered the second bottle. Pros are it works and it taste good. No weird taste. The cons are it will liquefy your guts. Just being honest. Overall I will continue this product until I reach my goal weight. Note: I dropped my caloric intake to around 2000 calories per day with intermittent fasting for 14 hours per day. I also workout 6 days per week with weight training and 30 minutes to an hour of cardio per day. Some days ill go to the gym twice and get and extra hour of cardio.
