This is the only battery recommended for use in my parent’s glass break sensor by their alarm company so we bought it and installed it. So far so good. If we had the alarm company come out to replace the same battery it would have been so much more expensive.

Lasted 4 years
Used in wireless alarm system glassbreak detector. Got low battery alert at almost 4 years old. Battery had 7.95 volts so it might be useable in other devices but my alarm system considers that voltage too low. Switched to Energizer Ultimate to see how that works.

Misleading description of quantity
My main issue is that the description for this product seems to indicate that there will be 10 batteries included in your purchase. That is not the case. You only get one battery. That makes this a super expensive battery! Fix that typo guys. The battery itself is fine. It is slightly larger than a regular 9V, so be sure to review the user manual for your smoke detector to ensure it is compatible.

Good battery but not "standard" size
These batteries are a bit bigger than the regular 9V batteries. Most devices that take 9V have some flexibility but not all. I tried to use in my smoke detectors and they do not fit.

Great for DVMs
I use long-lived Lithium 9v batteries for Digital Volt Meters.

Replacement Battery for Smoke Dectector
Installed easily. Will report on longevity when it has to be replaced.

3-1/2 year life in smoke alarm
I installed these Ultralife 9 volt batteries as battery backups in 10 new hardwired smoke alarms in May of 2016. (First Alert Smoke Detector Alarm | Hardwired with Backup Battery BRK9120b) Very few power outages. First one started chirping 3.5 years later and I'm replacing them all again. I suppose the cost is worth it in the very inconvenient locations, but probably using standard alkaline batteries is more cost effective in the detectors that are easy to access.
