Hello! Thanks for reaching out. We have only whole glass weight and a standard size jar (as described in product image).

Q: do you need to add water to airlock?

Yes, Adding water is must for all airlocks. It serves two purposes : 1. Carbon dioxide produced during fermentation easily escapes without the need of burping the jar. 2. Outside air/ contaminants do not enter the jar ensuring safe fermentation.
