Waste of money
Tablets are all crushed into little pieces. No coating on them, so they start to dissolve as soon as you place them in your mouth. And they taste terrible! Will not be buying these again! And of course no returns, so just out the money.

I like it so far. Blood test revealed low magnesium level, so this what dr advised me to take.
