So satisfying!
I had a fruit fly infestation. Despite getting rid of all traces of food and hanging up a sticky fly strip they would not leave me alone, constantly flying around my face. This thing is great, you hit the fly and hear a satisfying loud click as it hits the mesh

Great little gadget.
Does exactly what it is designed for, pesty flies, easy to use, low noise when "zapping".

Quite lethal
This is a good, relatively cheap zapper to zap flies with. I would defintely recommend for the price. Some things to note:Accuracy of aim is hindered a bit with the rim and shape of the racquet. If you see a fly on a window and then try and surround it with the racquet, and move the racquet to get the fly to move, it can sort of escape because it's slightly cumbersome/not build for corners. It does have a safety mechanism and layered grid system so that the electocution of flies happens within the inner part of the metal. You have a slider and then you hold down the button to turn on the zap power. The slider button is a bit stiff - and sometimes in the hurry of seeing a fly and grabbing the racquet it's a bit of a faff to turn it on.Flies do seem to need a bit more than one zap. I have had a few one hit wonders...followed by a fly that somehow comes back from the dead. So two zaps to make sure.As others have said, I don't always see where the body goes after the zap and crackle....I'm not a fan of dead flies on the carpet or disappearing so it can be a bit of a hunt afterwards. That said, with the smaller flies, the body sort of just fries into thin air.It does seem to work for wasps though I prefer a wasp jar for those as that somehow seems more humane?!

Good Zapper
The flies don’t like this product. When you hit them with the power on, goodbye Mr Fly.

Does the job 90% of the time.
Had a few instances of some flies or mosquitoes survived the first zap. But gets everything most of the time. Nice loud satisfying snap and zap noise.
