Works Great Yes.
Had a cold coming on! Took this and slept it off woke up feeling brand new. It doesn't taste great but I've had worse. It a little pricey though.$$$

Good quality, no alcohol (which is not necessarily a good thing) for a fairly high price. My neighborhood natural foods store carries a similar brand for less, but this is convenient. I buy the larger size so I don't have to order as often.
