Hallelujah/ I found just the right shoes after three that didn’t fit. Theseare KEEPERS!! Brooks = the best. I don’t know why, Balance and OM just did not work on my arthritic feet. These absolutely do. I kept buying and returning sizes and widths until I arrived at 7W. Arthritis is the worst.

Solid foundation but wish more colors were offered. I ordered the extra wide and they sure are. They’re a bit too wide in the heel but otherwise good. I just have to wear some thick socks.

So these shoes are very nice for walking shoes the three widths regular wide and extra wide give good options for those with bigger feet wider feet. They seem to keep my feet warmer than other brands. I believe there is some leather on the upper which seems to keep my feet more warm. However, I returned them because they didn’t have quite enough padding in the step and I have issues with my feet so I need something with a thicker padding in the foot area, but other than that, they were very nice.

Order a 9 1/2. I normally wear a 9 and it was still too small.

This shoe needed no breaking-in period. They were comfortable from the moment I put them on.

The shoes I received after paying full price for them came with a note, "Sold as new" and listed exactly what I saw: tiny stones in the tread, hair in the laces, & a smudge on the top of one of the shoes. I would add that there was a knot in one of the laces. When I PAY for new, I EXPECT new. Incredibly disappointed with purchase - promptly returned.
