It’s easy to use

I am a merchandiser and am responsible for putting out newly received merchandise after resetting a planogram. Therefore, I have to open and break down many boxes. I ordered this as an easily portable and accessible box cutter. It's a bit bigger than I expected, but it does the job perfectly!

My job provides the blue Uline version with changeable blades, but will charge you $15 if you lose the one they give you your first day. Wich is why I purchased this orignally. But I've found that this film knife is better in almost every way to Uline's.PROS:+The tip is tougher and doesn't get bunged-up as easily.+It's a brighter color and more difficult to misplace.+Mine got run over by a pallet jack and only suffered minor scratches+The tape buster works well for scraping glue off moving rollers, that previously we had to use our fingernails to get.CONS:-The blade isn't replaceable.-Everyone keeps taking mine because it's better than theirs.

I ordered this in 2018. It lasted until 2023, then the plastic finally broke. I have washed it 100's of times in the dishwasher and it never rusted. I use it to open vacuum packed frozen meat. I ordered several other types on amazon that were flimsy plastic junk. I finally found this in my order history. It's superior quality to the other ones you'll find on amazon.
