waste plugs
don't use suggested frequently bought together options, normal waste plugs don't fit because they normally come with overflow holes in them for thicker sinks and you cant do them up tight, and the cold water feed pipe has to be a certain length or its a nightmare to fit, get over these obstacles and you will have a nice little bog the soft close seat are A1

Difficult to fit.
Toilet looks really good and saves a lot of space but it was really difficult to fit ( needs 2 people) there's not enough room to get your hands in to do anything. Also not impressed with the ball valve. Flexi pan connector not recommended.

Toilet is lovely but a few things could be batter
The toilet is lovely but a few things, the tap that came with it was far too tall and looks out of place. There was no plug to fit in the hole. And the sink was unstable and doesn’t fit flush.

Very happy.
This is great! Plumber was happy with the product. The toilet/sink combo fits much better in a very small cloakroom rather than a separate sink. Also Recycles dirty hand-wash the water. Great for a quick wash of the hands in the loo - it does the job perfectly for the price. One of my favorite things in our house Reno.I notice another customer review who was not happy has a picture of the cistern top the wrong way around. probably doesn't fit well like that as shes found - also you can't reach the flush button either! Think its made so the tap is on the left when you look at the toilet as pictured in the main photo. Shame the plumber couldn't work it out.

Easy to install, good quality
Easy to install with basic plumber knowledge (a qualified plumber should be able to install with their eyes closed). Looks like the majority of complaints from other reviews are from people who have no idea about plumbing practices.Only complaint is that the seating area is slightly smaller than I'm used to, but then again you buy all in one units like this when you are limited on space.
