This is a GORGEOUS bowl! I wanted something to go on top of my new chest of drawers with something shiny in it. This fits the bill perfectly! Every time I look at it, I marvel again how beautiful it is. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a centerpiece as well.

It's a beautiful bowl, thick walled crystal. I was so hoping it would accommodate three LED pillar candles as I wanted to use it for a centerpiece, unfortunately the base is too narrow for three candles to sit flat, but I made it work with some Easter eggs around it for camouflage. It would of course, make a classy serving bowl. Packed exceptionally well.

Although is a little bigger than expected, it is a very good glass tray for salads. Mostly for large families.

I bought this as a wedding gift and the bowl appeared gorgeous. However, upon closer review, the bottom of the bowl has a 'hazy' area on the bottom like a thin layer of milk dried on it. The box that is came in was awful, looked like it has been on a lot of conveyer belts, scuffed up and it was bent on the top so the box was concave. It would have been an embarrassment to give this as a gift. I am very disappointed and returned it.

Being a gift, I have not seen it. I had it shipped to the person. He called and said it looks very nice on his table matching the glass wear he had.

This bowl has some weight to it and it has a very pretty design on it. I use it on my dining room table. I have not found anything I want to put in it, but at Thanksgiving and Christmas I have a ton of ideas. It looks pretty just sitting there empty!!! It looks exactly like the picture showed and I couldn't be more pleased.
