Do Not Buy these connectors! Junk. Deserves zero stars. They are poor quality. The metal contacts on the receptacles do not take solder well, even when treated with flux. There are "hooks" for the wire, not holes. The backs of the pins have small solder wells (small holes you put the wire and solder in). Solder would not go into the holes. Impossible to solder. By the time you heat a pin to solder temperature, you melt the plastic and the pin pushes through. I'll buy Molex 4-contact connectors with crimp pins and receptacles instead. I have many years of soldering experience and have not seen connectors this poor in a long time.

Absolute rubbish! Wish I could give them a negative star for wasting my time and money. These connectors have solder lugs, so to use them they need to be soldered. I was able (barely) to use the female connector. But when I tried to solder the solder cups on the male connector, the cheap thermoplastic body just melted around the pin, rendering it totally unusable. I have no idea how anyone, ever could have used this connector.
