Perfect condition
I bought the renewed laptop from PCMart. It was delivered as described and in perfect condition, only with a couple of minor scratches on the side. I ran the full Dell diagnostics and all systems work perfectly. I also contacted PCMart's customer service for a question, and the response was quick and helpful.

Big mistake. Hard drive problems right after warranty expired
This was a big mistake. It’s been a little over a year since I bought this laptop. It’s is still “working”. But am looking for a new one.But after 2-3 months, it started shutting down and making this super loud alarm sound, nonstop until I powered it off. The screen saying something about the hard drive. It still does it every two months or so. I never got it checked out because I was busy and procrastinated. I’m pretty light on my usage of it and it worked after restarting.But also the port for the charging started to malfunction maybe 5 months ago. So it only charges if the cord is pulled down.I’d probably never buy a laptop on Amazon again unless it’s directly from the manufacturer.
