Additional room, but flawed design
This was fairly easy to install and looks well made. The additional room under our RV awning is welcome. It's heavy when all in one bag, so we split ours into 2 lighter bags for travel.Edit: Now that we’ve used it a few trips, some serious design flaws are apparent. The rafters are VERY difficult to put up and fall down repeatedly. It’s not possible to get them tight enough to stay on the awning roller. When they fall down, they scratch the camper and leave a huge gap along the top. There is a crazy amount of extra skirting along the bottom that is difficult to manage and gets in the way of entry. I’m going to have to spend many hours in modifications before I’ll try to use it again.

Awning tent is as expected
The media could not be loaded. So this is a Buena Vista Plus 10-11ft. If you didn't know the difference between the Buena Vista and Buena Vista Plus, it is that the Buena Vista Plus has screens, a clear plastic window and the privacy screen whereas the Buena Vista has screens and privacy screen. I'd have to say that the installation instructions suck. The online video from Carefree for the Buena Vista suck. There are a couple of good YouTube videos that describe the installation very well. Even though the Buena Vista made by Carefree was not made for my awning (Solera), it did fit very well. I am impressed with the material and the design of how it will keep out the rain and wind, especially at the area where the awning and the tent meet. If you want to use the skirting you will have to cut it, and the hooks that hold the skirting are just too large for my trailer so I had to use some double-sided adhesive to mount the hooks to my trailer. Two complaints. 1. One of the privacy flaps is discolored yellow. 2. The awning tent couldn't be shipped overseas to a military address. Totally ridiculous. The package had to be sent to my daughter in Chicago and then she sent it to me in South Korea. For a whopping $41. I would have paid the seller that amount to have it shipped directly versus the way it had to be done.

USELESS
Zero stars was my first choice. The product came faulty - two of the top snaps were missing-two of the snaps were put on backwards. The velcro planets used to seal. All the open zippers didnt come with the product at all. The poles they give you are SUPER flimsy, had to spend yet more money at the hardware store to buy items to shore it all up. Does not reach the side of the motorhome as indicated by the size. The directions - totally useless, this coming from an engineer. I wish I had try putting it up while it was still within the return time, I would have sent it back after my two days of trying to make it fit. It really is a total waste of money.

Very disappointed
I bought this product to add increased space to my travel trailer. The literature and photos are very deceptive. There is a photo of a small woman carrying the room in a bag with one hand. In actuality, I need a dolly to transport it. Also, it is advertised that it sets up in 15 minutes. So far it has taken at least 2 hours for me to set it up. I'm afraid that I've wasted a lot of money on this product.

Definitely adds external space.
Overall, it is durable. Material does keep rain and elements out.A few pointers to assist in longevity... add extra support to awning arms so weight is not solely on awning fabric. Make a separate support beam to support the rooms beams.

Not good
I purchased this because we spend the winters in our travel trailer we wanted to have an extra room. Had it for less than two weeks and had a little bit of wind about 15 mile an hour wind blew this room all over the place about to rip the awning off my trailer packed it up and shipped it back.

Not what they say it will be.
It does not stay connected, to either end of the RV.It does not go to the ground as shown. We are trying to make it work, but that is a difficult challenge.
