Q: Orbit claims this sprinkler can reach 30 feet. Anybody know how accurate that is? Thanks.

Never measured the area, but I think that is correct. From the center where the sprinkler is located water easily spreads 15' or more depending on the water pressure making the area 30' nicely. If you have low water pressure no sprinkler will reach it's max area. I enjoy the ones I purchased, I have 3 and use them sparingly at the moment because of the CA drought. But if you are lucky enough to live where water is not a problem and your pressure if good... these are great. Hope this helps. Enjoy plus they are really pretty. :D (Just read the other comments, the one from another Mary Ann mentioned poor workmanship, the ones I received where very nice. I never paid $39.99 for each. Check around this price seems too high.)

Sprinkler broke the first time we used it....sent it back...broke at weld point

Q: We just got the sprinkler and there's no way to connect to hose? Why isn't there an adapter to a hose? They're shown in the pictures

The one we got didn’t have, or need, an adapter. Our garden hose simply screwed in to the base of the sprinkler. Perhaps you received a defective unit. Send a picture to Amazon, I’m sure they’ll make it right.
