Likely NOT their fault, but even though an exact fit DELL did not recognize the battery!

Good while it lasted...
Got this replacement battery for my dell gaming laptop and it was working fine for about 5 months and then poof stopped working showing 0 for battery or it is not installed. Did all the typical removed battery tried the battery in another of the same laptop, same issue. Since this was supposed to be an OEM battery I was hoping to get the same life expectancy as the original battery I had in it (Old battery puffed up and still held a better charge than this) would like to get a replacement if possible.

battery completely dead in only 9 months.
Purchased March 2023, the battery is completely dead January 2024. Only 9 months. Charged daily.

Battery don't last. Buyer beware!
Don't buy this battery. You'll be lucky if it last 6 months. mine only lasted 3.
