Customer service was great, fast delivery. The clamp....well I really like it, however. I like the ability to move the clamp around for various sizes of wood. My only thought though is this, I have other clamps of this type but on those there is a "button" (quick release I guess you could call it) to push down on that allows for the clamp to be slid in and out without screwing the handle. That allows for quick positioning and then tightening. As it is now you have to screw it all the way in or out. Had this clamp had that function it would easily be a five star. But I do really like the product. I will probably buy more of them.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Got these for my husbands birthday a few years back and he absolutely loves these!! Perfect for building cabinets or really anything. Holds the wood in place really well without slipping or moving.

Great for home DIY or weekend warrior jobs. Wouldn't recommend for pros. Whipped out some garage cabinets with 75% less swearing.

It's not that square, it is off by a couple of degrees, wouldn't suggest buying it if you want to be really precise. I expected more precision since It's not that cheap.
