cheese was sour
when the bag arrived it was not frozen. I immediately put into my freezer.It took me 2 months to use up the cheese I already had on hand. When I took the bag out of the freezer, let it defrost and put it on my pasta it tasted bitter.I took the bag up to my local Publix and asked the man behind the cheese counter to taste it. He did and told me the cheese " had gone over ". - it had spoiled and I should trow it away.That's what I did.If you buy this cheese taste it immediately upon arrival.

this tastes and behaves like mostly bread instead of parmesan cheese ...
... and costs what 100% cheese would.i divided it into freezer bags upon receipt and wish the ingredient list was visible in the product picture - i want to get my money back but can't. grr.
