Very convenient, eco friendly and no shady chemicals. Easy to clean and dry. The only cons is that it is moving when pulling on/out the panty. Maybe not recommended for heavy periods. I prefer them as pantyliners

I wanted a more breathable for all day in a hot climate kind of fabric. I hoped the light days thins would be thin enough, but they are still quite thick with an anti leak layer. I'd use these for medium days.

I hesitated for so long buying something like this, I have light incontinence issues, I have worn an ultrathin pad since I was in my teens (late 40's now). Panti liners aren't enough protection, maxi is too much - ultrathin pads - "perfect" - except sometimes they didn't adhere to undergarments, or fold up and get twisted, need changed, etc. I finally bought these re-usable pads. They are the perfect solution! I've been wearing them for about 2 weeks now, daily - the absorbency is great - one per day is all I need. (I'm menopause now). They don't twist - they do slide so it needs to be shifted each time you use the bathroom (no biggie). Seems to stay in place otherwise. I handwash right away and air dry, that fits my schedule - unless I'm starting a load of laundry right away - one could rinse and then launder later, I suppose. I don't know if I would really want to use these for period days, or especially heavy flow due to the mess, but if that doesn't bother you it would probably be fine. But I love that I'm not throwing away sanitary pads every day, less garbage. Less $ spent @ the store on personal hygiene products! I love that these will last me for months - maybe even years? Money saving and environmentally friendly.
