I use these on my Hey Dude shoes. Love the shoes but I wear through the balls of the sole in a very short time. These extend the use of the shoe x2.The adhesive is great on these pads, and they wear well. I think they are intended for women's shoes, but I am a 200-pound man and they work great for me.

Sin prácticos pero su adherencia a la suela del calzado dura muy poco.
Al principio fueron la gran solución porque se adhieren al piso y evitan resbalones, pero lamentablemente a los 15 días se despegaron de la suela y no los pude volver a pegar.

Do not buy
This product is terrible! I followed all the instructions I have a pair of Reebok classics I clean them I applied the product two days prior to having to wear them and 1 hour into my shift they came off.. I would not recommend anybody purchasing this product. I have never done a negative review this product is terrible.
