Good results but very expensive
Using the sheet gelatin gives good results - the pudding looks and tastes silken smooth with a firm texture but doesn't carry the offensive smell usually associated with gelatin. I have rated it 3star because it is very expensive for a single use pack. All 4 gelatin sheets are required to make pudding from 1/2 litre of milk. Go for it only for a special occasion.
