Yes, Cards are very sturdy and I used for a 50th bday party and the numbers are printed large enough for seniors. Each number on the cards are about the size of a quarter. Hope this helps. The age of players range from 50-88 years old and no one had a problem with this set I purchased. Its not a large size set but it served its purpose for a large group and the price was right for me.
