The concept is great. Small enough for my needs, easy to put together and a good price point. Assembled well, but the grow light NEVER went on. I made sure all the connections were correct and had my husband double check..all correct. Called Customer service..."they will give it to technical support and send me an email." I don't think so... I will buy another hydroponic garden as I had one un the past (oved it but didnt make it in the cross country move}, but it wont be that brand.

I gave it a 4 becuase none of the herbs they sent me worked... ONLY the basil. The unit itself is perfect, works great. I'm very happy with it. I had alot of basil, LOL

Unit looks great and was very easy to put together. Not used yet but looking forward to be able to grow items in the house

Very easy to put together and understand. Clear instructions. But the plants would be happier in a regular pot with dirt and a grow light. Takes a lot of regular fertilizer for plants to stay alive, and only a few plants types even at that will work.

I bought this product last month and had planted mint, cilantro and dill seeds.. It’s been a month now and the garden has grown so well! I enjoy looking at it.. Makes me happy!

This was okay, but sadly disappointing. I think maybe it could be successful with some more tries? I got a few seeds to sprout of various herbs but one molded, and the rest rotted at different stages in their lives. I might try again but I am having much better luck sprouting seeds with seed starter trays with grow lights/lids and misting them everyday.
