How long the pad is?, what fabric is made of?, is this pad ''moist heat''?, is this pad heavy?i need it for reflex sympathetic dystrophy home therapy

Perfect for that.  Is prof. Grad...same exact packs PTs.  Sire in crook pot always have it ready...might want two and late crock pot so when moist heat cools you have another hot one to go.  I JUST USED BATH TOWELS BECAUSE IS QUITE HOT.  KEEP CROCK ON LOW HOWEVER 24/7 with pads in them.  They sell as on crock and as long as moist.  Have you had heat PT therapy?  They are axactly same size.  And water ever AM to keep moist pads completing covered in water.  Usually I had to  add another a cup of tap water to crock every more.  When flair goes down and don't need to use for a week or longer. I remove from crock ot of water.  Put them on towel and let them completed dry out.  Takes about 4 days and they shrivel back down to small duze.  Then I just sort in closet until need again.  The are plenty long for your neck abd about 6 inches at pointed area.  This is to be used around neck but can be used anywhere.  I have big square pad and too cevicals like you are looking at ..probably 18 to 24 inches long and 4 inches at smallest dize.  I have upper Shuler psi. Chronic pain neck with musVilar spams.   When gets bad as gain I through three pads in large pot and cover dried with water a bring to boil.  That way I can use in 15 minutes.  Then put them in my large crock, cover with cool water completely and keep them moist in crock on loe, adding water every day to cover packd.  I use tongs to take out of ctock pot because are heated to 289 degress and will burn you.  I have triple towels layered on counter that will cover entire pad.  Wrap it in towels and usr.  Stay hot about about 39 minds out side water.  As using, they cool slowly do I just remove told oneAyer at time.  When cool throw back in Crock pot of 280 degree (low) on crock.  If have second and still want to continue treatment, take other one out with tongs, wrap in towls

Does this make your neck wet? Or can you put it in a water proof pouch before applying to your neck so you won’t get wet?

Hello , yes the heat creates moisture . yes you can also use water proof pouch or pillow case. it will still create moisture .

can you use this in a crock pot still? As long as there is enough water covering ? Even if it has to be folded over?

It's fine if it's folded over.  If it breaks in 30 days, the seller should refund you--just contact the seller if you have any problems.  We've been selling this item for 7 years and rarely have an issue.  We have it made with a thicker gauge canvas than found on the majority of this type of steam pack, so it holds up better than most.
