Best Naturals Magnesium Chloride 520 mg 120 Tablets

I heard this was the best form of magnesium and my leg and toe craps stopped - if I miss a few days the cramps come back - this is also supposed to be very good for diabetics and I was told by a well known doctor that magnesium chloride got rid of his diabetes - the pills are a little hard to swallow (just take a large gulp of water with each pill and be careful swallowing) - will buy this again

My first review. I read the reviews about them being crumbled in the bottle, and some of them are. I love that they are because I crumble them up in my water so that they can go straight into my blood stream easily anyway. Or I have taken them in a solid tab, and they still go down easy. Seems like a good quality.

I've been buying this magnesium for YEARS and it has been great until my last two bottles! Not sure if there's storage climate issues at Amazon or what is going on, but the last two bottles have been mostly dust. Very disappointed and will be switching brands.I came here to check back on my magnesium supplement for NSF and/or USP certification. Finding they don't have it, I'm a little disappointed as I am wary of supplement companies because more and more of them are turning out to produce fake products and do not contain what they say.That said, I've been taking this magnesium for a couple of years and they have been productive in minimizing my leg cramps at night.As others have stated, they do fall apart if left outside of the bottle, which has a desiccant pillow in it. While this isn't ideal, if my understanding is correct, the reason for this is also the reason that this is actually a more bio-available and absorbable form of magnesium, which means it can actually be used by your body.If Best Naturals would become NSF certified, I'd be likely to change this to a five star review as this supplement has absolutely worked for me. I just hope that's because it is what it says it is and in the quantity stated on the label.

It is chewable, you may not like the taste, but it keeps your LES tight, especially at night. The taste goes away in 3 minutes. No more heart burn while you’re trying to sleep.
