A few pieces broken during shipment.

The concept seems great, but the box arrived with multiple broke pieces, mostly the larger pieces. I’m looking forward to using it, but with the broken pieces, I’ll be unable to complete the proper pattern.

While the product itself was decent quality, our box had multiple broken pieces inside. This made it impossible to create the layout as planned and had to do many cuts and moving around of pieces to make what was left work. Thankfully we had just enough after the broken ones, but it was not in the ideal layout as planned because of that. For this price, the packaging and/or care of products should have been better to reduce that amount of loss.

Product is easy to work with and looks great on the wall. Only problem I have is that the box contained nowhere near 14.25 square feet and several of the stones were broken and unusable. The packaging is sketchy and I'm sure Fedex dropped the box several times.
