wasn't recognized automatically. gave up after an hour.
Installing in a linux mint system that didn't work with an USB network "card". Fiddling around for an hour trying to get this to work, looking for and finding drivers and such, but gave up after an hour and decided to spend a bit more for an Intel based card - this one is Broadcom based. That one was recognized immediately and without any problems.

It works, but it did take a little work to make it work
Installed in an HP g6 Pavilion laptop, running the latest Manjaro version of arch Linux. I gave it 4stars out of 5 because I had to enlist the help of some gurus to help figure out how to get it to work. It came down to building a new driver, which ended up being reasonably easy if you know what to do. It gave my old laptop a new life with the ability to operate both 2.4 and 5g wifi and BT. I'm happy and it's nice to have a good grp that could help make it work.

Improved the wifi on my laptop but the bluetooth drivers are blocked on windows 10
It improved a toshiba c655 from 30mbps download to around 80, but bluetooth is impossible to intall, THIS IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH WINDOWS 10, they provide you with a driver that works nice , but only for wifi. I Considered returning it but the improvements on speed means at least is now a more capable zoom machine

Linux support is iffy, and may require installing a driver.
Some laptops, such as the HP Elitebook 8670w will not see the Bluetooth adapter, apparently because they do not implement the USB part of the Half-mini PCIe specification, and that's how the Bluetooth is presented to the laptop.
