Great so far !!
So far the saw works great. Amazing fast way to cut metal. Compared to other methods this saw rocks !! I'm not fond of the plastic forward handle. It works fine but it's a little to flexible for "my" liking. If it ever fails I will make a nice new one made of metal with insulation. I will get a lot of great use out of it for sure. Thanks.

''widow maker'' if used unprofessionally. Definitely no lack of power! 8ft of 1/2in plate -cuts like a butter!LED light on the side is only thing that looks weak for the tool this size and power, but I might be wrong- it's still there!

A Very Good Chop Saw
Excellent saw for the price. Its durable, well-built, and nice and strong for those thick cuts. Very happy with the quality and power of the saw.

Cuts 18 gage steel studs like butter
the is saw is excellent. It cuts steel studs (18 gage CSJ) like butter. Pushed as fast as I could and the blade RPM did not even slow down. There were not sparks. The metal chips were almost all contained. The cut edge was not too hot to handle (immediately following the cut). The cut edge did not have an ugly burr like you get when you cut with a fiber blade.
