Q: Will these work for a 1942 Russian stamped mosin

If it fits one Mosin, it should fit any Mosin. I have the paratrooper model and they work just fine. They all run the same cartridge, you should be fine.

Q: Will they fit my m96 Swedish Mauser 6.5 by 55

I would almost definitely say no. The 7.62 is rimmed and has a wider base than the 6.5 Mauser ammo. It wouldn't accommodate the little groove at the bottom of the brass.

Q: Are these Russian Or Chinese?

I don't believe the Chinese ever produced any variant of the Mosin Nagant rifle. These should be Russian, but because they are just simple stamped metal clips, they could be produced by any country, including the USA.
