Perfect pasta for soup or salad! I love using it for hamburger orzo soup! People are amazed it's a pasta but gives the appearance of rice. I also make a Greek salad with it. The size and quantity can not be beat especially for the value! This is one of the best deals for orzo on Amazon!

Love love love this stuff. I use it everytime I make my Greek Lemon Rice Chicken soup. I use it in place of the rice. It's the bomb.

Good quality and excellent taste.

I love this pasta, but oddly, when I received my order of several boxes recently, the pasta was sprinkling out the bottom of the boxes, getting all over the floor. I would probably order a different brand next time to avoid the inconvenience of cleaning up this mess.

This is good boiled in chicken broth with a little butter. SO good especially on cool days or when someone is feeling a little under the weather. Great buy through Amazon.
