I'm not sure what you're talking about, but we haven't had any problems with it at all.

Q: I have a toy hauler and the rough opening is 62". Will the 62 inch wide screen work? I will have to cut the bottom down to a 6 foot 1" opening as well

Probably not a good choice. The top center stays secure, the sides are secured top to bottom, and forms a triangle opening. The bottom edge is finished, so altering would be a pain. I have mine on a set of french doors that I hardly us, except for ventilation.

Probably unlikely, you would benefit more from buying one that fits the opening you want to screen. Good luck!

Q: Can this be used with only one French door being used?

Yes. You still put the whole thing up....inside or outside....depending on how your doors swing. We always left one door closed and left the other open so dogs could go in and out. Snapped right back together no matter whether they were going in or out
