Quality Product
I work with utility company and at work, we use so much Siemens products. Since i was looking for surge protector, i researched so much and found Siemens was offering 10 years warranty compare to short term that other companies offer. Siemens protector is large in size and heavy, that feels quality. I also noticed that it got entire board and many other components, so it technically got chipset or brain inside where other brand are simpy MOV (Metal Oxide Varistor), so this one is far best than cheaper product. Glad i went with it and thats i would recommend. I also read many bad reviews on Eaton brand about customer service and warranty claim issues, so i was hesitant to try that one.
