Excellent product and excellent post sales support. This seller is unique. First, they send the additional and very handy items required for the first batch like a good quality seive and jaggery powder. Second, they followup on WhatsApp regarding potential questions and also patiently answer all doubts. I just loved the entire buying and owning experience. I have been using the Kefir water daily for the last two weeks daily and can vouch significant reductions in bloating, acidicty and regularised bowel movement / full bowel emptying. Small size grains
Small size grains received. Grains are not growing at all even after trying organic jaggery and molasses for which i spent extra money. Grains getting smaller in size.Not value for money.
