Do not buy this!
I bought this PC in June and then left it about 3 weeks before setting it up as I was getting a new office ready and wanted to pair it up with an ultra wide monitor.Things were OK at first but after about 3 weeks of use I started to get error lights flashing on the front and the fan going ballistic (so loud that if you were watching a video, you could no longer hear the dialogue).I contacted support and then waited a week for them to reply. It's now been about 2 months of back and forth (well, mostly waiting 3-5 days for a reply for support to reply to me.)Every time I get a reply I have to go through the same explanation because they don't seem able to continue a thread or read up on notes of previous conversations.I want a refund but they won't give me one because I contacted them slightly outside the 30-day refund period. Now I either need to have no PC for work while it gets sent back to Taiwan to repair it (or possibly refund - they're not being clear) or forget the £4,000 I spent on it and get a new one. I'm NOT comfortable getting a repair or replacement because I've zero faith in the company and will be waiting for the next errors to start.Customer service is almost non-existent (although some of the staff you contact by email are nice). But paying this much money for a top-of-the-line PC with Poundland levels of support was a huge mistake.Seriously, please re-think your interest in this company and look elsewhere for your next high-end PC purchase.
