Hakka Commercial 22LB Stainless Steel Electric Sausage Stuffer and Vertical Sausage Filling Maker

For personal use, it is a great machine. We use it almost every week and we make well over 5 to 800 pounds of meat for sausage monthly or even every two weeks sometimes and it has not disappointed yet!

i bought for making 19 mm snack sticks. so far it’s working for me. Built strong but motor was very warm after stuffing 30#. i hope it lasts.

i have fought with my cabelas stuffer for year now. ive returned many of there electric motors so i thought i would give this a try. ive only use it one but it worked very well. stuffed summer sausage easily. had some issues doing pep stixs but i think it was do to not enough water and letting the meat sit in fridge over night becouse it was thick and sticky so didnt push easily like it should. im sure next time ill be turning the speed down becouse it will work great.

Arrived yesterday and I used it for 60 lb of meat sticks today.Really impressed. Was worried that it wouldn't be quick enough but only used level 3 out of 10. I've seen some people saying that the motor gets hot but it did not at all for me.Got the 15 l version and it holds very close to 30 lb of meat.It is quite heavy, but I suppose that's the trade-off for a strong motor.The only thing I wasn't really impressed with was the delay between the time you depress the pedal and the machine reacts. It's a little longer than I would like but I can certainly live with it.

I really like Hakka equipment. I have their #22 grinder as well and they put a lot of effort into building something that is going to work well and last a long time. very impressed with the quality of this stuffer. was far more than I expected. just got done stuffing a batch of snack sticks and summer sausage and it did both without breaking a sweat in less than half the time of my previous method.

22lbs "Commercial" unit.I can do a lot of neat picking on small details and features but the main takeaway is - it does what it is made for.Pros: quiet, powerful motor. Large capacity. Auto stop at full extension and retraction. All parts are stainless, including the piston. Piston seal is good and tight.Cons: does not bottom-up the piston and leaves quite a fit of meat on the bottom (I understand that it is a safety feature). Traps quite a bit of air in the hopper no matter how tight or careful you pack the meat in. May be there is a specific way to pack it?Note on the side: I would comfortably pack not more than15-17lbs in the hopper.

Been using for a year and love the ease of use and simple clean up.

On July 14,2023 I purchased the 25lb stuffer. I was unable to use it over just over a month. Due to no fault of the equipment, I burned up the motor. For the past 3 weeks I have been trying to contact Hakka Brothers to purchase a replacement motor. There is not even a number on the motor that I could buy one someplace else.Phone, every department mailbox is full. “Info@hakka…” got returned as “Undeliverable”. They have a contact page, with no one to contact.Equipment worked great. But the company does not seem to want to support their sales.I would not recommend purchasing anything from Hakka Brothers unless to want to buy another one and keep the first for parts.
