The media could not be loaded. Really like this one very much right out of the box. Packaged well, user guide included if you need it. Quick fill of the tank, which has a large window to check the level and avoid overfilling. This lighter has some good weight to it when it's in your hand. The 3 burner business end is very efficient, and it lights on the first click everytime so far. The bottom flips open as well, which is how you access the flame adjuster, and makes maintaining your set level easier while allowing refillability as you would expect. I like the color, and styling. It would make a great addition to a collection, or with the holidays approaching, a good gift in the small item category. With all that said, this is not the first lighter I have purchased from this company, nor will it be the last. I have only received great items that work beyond what I expected, and the customer service has always been friendly, and helpful.(not that I had an issue with a purchase, but was inquiring about other products, and social media things.) They were quick to respond, and even followed up to be sure I had got accurate information and was able to complete what I was trying to do. If you are in the market for a new lighter, for whatever you enjoy, they offer a wide selection of quality wares, and you owe it to yourself to at least give them a try. If you don't like it, I'm sure they will find a way to make it right if you contact them directly.

Bought this little gem and it works like a charm.Pros...1. Lites every time2. Flame adjustment as desired3. Nice solid feel in the hand4. The cigar holder is great when you're out somewhere and need to put your cigar down.Cons....The only thing I wish is that it was a bit bigger to hold more fuel.

I only received this cigar lighter today but I've used enough of them to have a legitimate first impression.My go-to lighter brand has always been Xikar. They have a lifetime warranty but the last couple I returned, I received replacements that weren't up to the quality I expected. Mainly, the ignitors were hit and miss right out of the box.This Honest brand fired up on first light and every subsequent light so far. The flames are nice and strong as the pic attached shows.It feels very solid and well built.A couple of small complaints...The butane level window shows full when it's upside down (when you're filling it) but shows nearly empty when right side up. Others I've had would have a more consistent level regardless of the orientation.Also, the flame adjustment dial is recessed and extremely tight. If you've used cigar lighters before, you know that when it's full of fuel you're going to want to reduce the flame. As it uses more fuel over time you'll bump it up a little to keep the flame consistent.That's not going to be very practical with this lighter.All in all, for the price I'm happy with the purchase. Time will tell how it holds up.

I bought this as a gift for my sister, a cigarette smoker, who had used my husband's cigar torch and liked it. It's funny to watch her light a cigarette with it, but she loves it. It works well plus has entertainment value! This was a good purchase.

Not at all what I expected. Very solid, good flame, nice cigar punch. Paid the same price for a "throw away" lighter from a cigar site with a smiley face. These are tremendous. We will see how they last but so far so great

Who’s giving this more than 1 star? This thing is a piece of junk. Will only light after pushing the button every 20 times. Sometimes not at all. Stick with a trusted brand. Waste of money.

Nice lighter.lights every time.nice color and comfy to hold while lighting. Filling is simple but it seems like I fill mine quite often but that's just me.nice lighter and I had forr about 6 months now.

Sturdy and reliable. Easy to fill and works every time. No problem in the wind on the golf course.
