If only they'd ship outside of the UK I'd have got one of these ages ago, instead I had to wait until a UK trip, and have it sent to a relative.So glad I did though, such a simple hack for the all-too-common broken T5 double cup holders, and far cheaper than replacing the broken cup holder.When not in use and/or I need to close the cupholder/ashtray into the dash, I simply store it in a door pocket until I need it again.Sturdy & stable, holds water bottles (see pic), my insulated travel mugs, and take away coffee cups, all with no issues or spills. I was concerned it might be too shallow to hold a cup securely, but it's absolutely fine.

Our re-usable cups rattle around in the cup holder as there is nothing to hold them in place. Have had to use double sided tape to stop the rattling!

Great solution for the Volkswagen problem.

This is a great idea and from a safety perspective ideal

The design is simple but so effective keeps you cup holder open,saves trying to pull the plastic sides open every time you take your drink out

You can not now shut tray up. It doesn't mention this in the description so in all its pretty useless.

I broke the cup holder in my van but this works really well. Only draw back would be you cannot push the ashtray/cup hold away with it fitted. I take this item out and drop it in my door pocket if I need to use the centre seat. Good item👍
