Good but not the best
Bought this to fault find a few faults on a Ford focus mk3.ABS light, Anti skid & hill start assist all lit up on the dash. The scanner although stated for ford is more American I think than European as although it sort of worked is also shows many faults on kit the car simply hasent got.In this case I will return for a refund and find a better model that is more European orientated.Fingers crossed..

Great bit of kit for ford vehicles
Great bit of kit used it today to put car into maintenance mode for electronic rear brakes so I could change rear brake discs and pads on my. 2017 Ford Edge sport so easy to do

Reads Ford a treat
Sorted a 2012 Mondeo dash warning light for me, and opened my eyes to a load of other setting I could mess with. Quality reader and easy to use even if the news it delivers is jeffing expensive...

Defective product. Worse customer support.
I purchased this for the Ford functions. It does not read all modules, specifically to my needs the Driver Door Module. The OBDII function fails to complete the readiness scan and restarts the scanner 2 seconds into the process. I am past the return window because I had to borrow two different scanners to insure there was no issue with the vehicle OBDII system and there is not. The process for resolution with Autophix has been terrible. Downloading files, uploading files, requests for data from other scanners, requests for downloads from other scanners. None of the file transfers and updates are remotely user friendly. You will be downloading 7z compressed files which means you have to get software to extract the files. Once that is done you are moving files around on your desktop not in an app. The feedback and update mode require the same manual manipulation of files. I am 9 emails into the attempted resolution with these people for a defective device or a device with defective software. The last email basically instructed me to provide the manufacturer with more information so their engineers could debug the software. I am going to contact Amazon and file a "no resolution from seller" complaint and see what they will do. This scanner, even if it worked is a one star just because of the terrible software interface, failure to even read the OBDII data stream and incomplete coverage of the advertised Ford modules. Do some research and find another scanner.
