I really liked this hand massager, out of a few different ones i tried it was the best for small hands. It has more length to it than others and so gets your wrist too. It feels well made from nice materials and comfortable. Its lovely and warm. You can adjust the heat and the pressure, and it can go really tight. The tightness will definately be too strong for some people, but may be good for people with small hands like me or who like allot of pressure. It also came with another kind of hand held roller massager which was also very uefull to get areas on the hand that machines cant. Like all hand massagers of this type I tried, it works by pressure only , so there is not really a massage going on as such (except when you use the roller it comes with ) , but it is very soothing all the same.

Very easy to use, and incredibly intense (I have fairly large hands, and can only take it up to 4 out of 6!).I have arthritis in my fingers and thumbs, and this helps relieve the pain.I can fit my hands all the way in, and each session lasts around 15 minutes. I usually do both hamds once per evening, and that’s enough to relieve my pain.Highly recommended, even if it’s just to indulge in a hand massage!

Gives a very comfortable massage. The music is very relaxing and the different modes make it good value. My only criticism is it is a bit heavy. I do enjoy using it.

I bought this for my wife as she now has arthritis in the finger joints which in the current freezing conditions is getting her to screaming point. I always want to be fair in my reviews and she wasnt happy with its performance but she is little lady so may be the air bladder inside just didnt fit her correctly.From my point of view it did seem to grip my hand tightly but I thought the heat unit needed more settings or able to go hotter and even from a full charge it did seem to drain the battery quite quickly.We returned it and she bought another one, same make but much happier and uses it daily for relief.

I read the reviews and held off ordering until I received a voucher for Xmas and I’m kicking myself that I did. It’s amazing. It’s cut down on oral pain relief significantly and the relief when I use it is instantaneous. The nonsense reviews that highlight it leaves marks behind are just that, utter nonsense. It’s a perfectly natural consequence of using this kind of technology and the entire unit is well designed, easy to use and worth every single penny. Can’t recommend enough. Relief from arthritis & menopausal joint pain.

The lightest pressure is still quite strong, and my fingers feel very stiff after using it, but my arthritis pain and cramps are incredibly improved after. So not a totally perfect experience, but it's such a huge help to my hands and I wish I'd bought it sooner!

Product says it's a massage but in reality it's a suppressor which squeezes your hand. It's good for you if it fits your use case.For me I am returning it as it's not a massager. Beware of deceptive marketing.
