FolkArt Enamel Glitter and Metallic Paint in Assorted Colors (2 oz), 4033, Metallic Gold

While this is a small 2oz tube, I needed very little of it to add a very cool shiny highlight to my project - the color is very true and the closest I've found to leaf paints.I love that for a metallic paint, clean up is on par with other acrylic paints. The only downside, is unlike the non-acrylic leaf paints, it takes several coats to get it to adhere to plastic so price-wise, if your purchase is to work on plastics of any kind, you're going to need 2-3x more of this than the thicker, one coat non acrylic. It's preference though. The clean up is amazing! Washes easily with just soap and water (never been able to do that w/non-acrylics and did NOT expect a metallic to be as easy to clean up)I'd highly recommend this item to anyone looking for an affordable but quality metallic paint or anyone who's working on something very detailed - this paint lets you make slight mistakes and correct them (while the paint is still wet) w/o leaving any stains -I have to add for anyone with children - I normally would not trust a metallic paint any more than oils for use by children(over 10) but, this is a genuine acrylic so not only for fine work by adults but, this is also an item that younger artists could work with, while it's not non-toxic, it doesn't come with the worry of any fumes found in many leaf paints.

Oh the glitter so gorgeous the color is superb the flow and ease of use of this paint is beyond perfect I truly enjoy this paint and we'll use it again and again!

I think it worked out great for my decor. I wanted a sheer paint for my distressed wooden decor. It brought some sparkle to it. I took a star off because it is more of just glitter, so it paints unevenly, as you can see a sample in the second picture. Overall for the price it’s great to add some shimmer to your art.Note, that the decor already had a yellow undertone, the paint just added a golden-ish tinge to it.

Arrived on time and the product performance was exactly what I needed for my project. It was very easy to use and was a great value. Would definitely buy again.

This paint covers much better than the last paint I used. I wanted a solid glittery gold for some nutcracker's shoulders. The last paint I needed to paint it at least five times to get it fully covered. With this paint, I only needed two coats! Fantastic! Very bright and glittery!

Tried to use this with a sticky stencil and the paint came right off when I peeled the stencil. I ended up buying etching cream and using that instead. I wouldn't buy this again too use with a stencil, but I'm sure it would work if you paid it directly and didn't try to peel anything around it.

This gold glitter paint can be used on many surfaces. I even used it on some beads to create a gorgeous gold glitter beaded necklace.

As stated, it's paint. It was my first time using enamels and I did not wear gloves. Bad idea. It cleaned off, but it left those spots of skin very dry for a weekSo wear gloves.My dragons summertime garden Palace is looking great as a result. Awesome paint. The color in the picture matches what I received from the seller. I experimented with this paint, painting stain glass pieces. It seems to work well on glass I would say.

looks like caramel paint until it dries. When dry, it's a beautiful shimmering deep gold
