Barbie Ken Fashionistas Doll with Brown Jeans and White Tee

I had bought the Ryan doll from the same series and was so impressed with him that I had to buy the Ken doll as well. Arrived in 2 days and I fell in love with it as soon as I opened it. Again, like the Ryan doll of this series, the knees don't bend which I don't mind coz he stands well. His face is a bit more happy than Ryan's. Love the hair and the outfit. Looks very real and like the photos. Shoes are metallic chic. I am having fun posing him with my Glam fashionista doll. (Ryan makes a great pair with the Artsy fashionista doll)

Another Hot guy for the Barbie Gang! How come Ken didn't evolve until now, these guys are modern and cute! I can't believe I'm saying that about a doll. Tell the girls to get Barbie dressed for fun. Great purchase, very satisfied!

I got this doll for my grandkids to play with when they come to visit. I have a large doll house and many fashion dolls, but no boy doll. The fashion dolls needed someone to marry! I wish he came with jointed knees so he could sit. His pants are so tight he really cannot bend very easily at the hips. His clothes are extremely hard to get off and on, so we just leave him in his casual attire even when his bride is all gussied up in finery. His hair is glued into shape and not able to be combed, which is good and bad. It just feels creepy. For the most part the girls like to play with him and he fills the position well.

The only good thing about this purchase was the shirt he's wearing. The pants are far too tight, and the shoes are too difficult to get on and off. This ken doll has a nice appearance, but for actual play, he sucks. He's stiff as a board. Can't move him at all. Like I said, only thing I'm glad I got here was the shirt he's wearing.Purchase Ken hottie doll instead.

I was a bit disappointed with this doll. I was hoping that since this was a fashionistas doll that the knees and arms would bend like the girl Barbies. The arms bend, but in an odd way. Ken looks like he's been working out way too much and can't move. The t-shirt fits great, but if he attempts to sit down, the pants bust open. Poor Ken.I really hope that Mattel someday makes a Ken doll that actually bends. On another note, this Ken fell on our concrete basement floor and his leg popped off (we duct taped him back together so now he has a silver skirt) - so as long as you don't try to bounce him off an exercise ball, he'll probably be okay.

My twin great-nieces (just turned nine) wanted Ken dolls for their birthday. These both have blond hair and with the girls, it's better to get them the same dolls/outfits/Ken cars, etc. (No fighting over who gets what when they are the same! ) They loved them!Good price, and if you are going to buy a Ken Mini Cooper you need to get a jointed Ken doll in order to get them into the car.

The appearance of this Ken doll is great -- hair, clothes. BUT, the high top shoes are really hard to get off and trying to do so, broke off both of Ken's feet. So if your kids like to dress/undress the doll, pick another one.

Well, what can I really say about this doll? I for one think he looks like Stewart from Saturday Night Live. These are definitely NOT the Ken dolls that I grew up playing with! Ha! But my daughter absolutely loves him, so that's all that matters. He and his fashionable clothes have stood the test of time. I would recommend.
