I was thinking of buying an ice machine for a long time, as i usually buy ice from my local shop at a rate of 1 large bag every 2 days.. As you can tell, we are all ice crazy in our house. I bought this little treasure, after reading hundreds of product reviews on other models. Then i found this one... All i can say is, i absolutely love it... so simple to use and very efficient. The only issue i have, is why i didn`t buy this sooner !The ice comes out in one block, buts separates very easily. Takes around 11 minutes for each batch. Cube sizes are great. Ice lasts a long time in your drinks.I highly recommend this product. I love it !

We bought this to replace our previous ice maker.Most of the other countertop ice makers make the bullet shaped, but this one makes cubes. Whereas our previous one makes bullets and only 9 at a time, this one makes 24 cubes at a time. The cubes come out in one slab but the provided scoop makes short work of breaking them up.It has a cycle of around 15 mins, but this is automatically adjusted depending on the temperature.The water store is large allowing the unit to run all day.

Lovely machine, ice comes out in a block, but easily breaks up. Knocked a few stars off, because the machine arrived dented, but I can live with it as it’s hideable, and for a £200 machine I would have expected a clock on the machine to enable me to set up on/off timings whilst at work. Cheaper machines have this facility. Overall though, I’m pleased.

The item delivered was faulty so I am returning. It's plastic protective film is difficult to remove and is trapped in joints and under trims. The water ran over the chiller tray but it did not get cold. We left the item to settle as required before switching on, we actually left for four hours, an hour longer than the requested three hour settling time.we are very disappointed and going to give Klarstein a try.

I have had ice makers before but this one is not just very efficient it looks great. It produces proper ice cubes, not the little thimble size and shaped ones you get with others. I like it a lot and heartily recommend it. It also has the weight of a decent machine indicating its a good refrigeration unit.

First time is great work but not long enough it not making any ice anymore.

Very good ice cubes quick and plenty even better if you drop some ice in the water tank

This machine has not been off since I got itIt is absolutely amazing.The water here is awful so I started buying bottled water to use.Still can't work out how to put a5l bottle on it without spilling, but it's one fantastic machine
