Q: How do you contact the seller? I bought this unit in November and water is pouring out of the bottom of it

I returned mine immediately after water started running out of the bottom after the first use. This unit is a safety hazard!

Q: Can this item double as just a hair dryer? Am I able to use it as a steamer and at times just remove the reservoir and use it as a hair dryer?
