I purchased refurbished CPU which was meeting my requirement however for few days it was too slow to start and lagging as well. IT team has helped me to resolve the issue completely

It is very specific to the configuration and you cannot add any disk or memory..

MS Office Key
After 5 months of using the product, Office License key shows not active. Hope to have the seller contact back with a genuine license key for Microsoft Office.

Suggest to not purchase this product. Worst product not as per the specified specification.
PC doesn't recognize the wifi network and the processor is not as per the specified specification. Amazon customer service keeps promising to send the replacements as soon as we are notified of the issues. later shifting that they are not able to replace the product. Lost faith in these so-called refurbished products. Sellers like this should be black-listed immediately to prevent further cheating.So Suggest not purchasing this product.
