IF I HAD A TIME MACHINE I'D RUN AWAY FROM THIS!
The installation was like being sentenced to hard labor. It didn't fit even though the site said it would. I had to physically alter my dashboard to get it to fit, and so now I can't go with anything else.The volume button is very hard to use. Its so small, only a fetus can turn it (with tweezers).I'm also convinced that it doesn't actually connect to the truck antenna because I have terrible radio reception.The touch screen requires violence and profanity to activate any of the screen buttons.Please don't invest in this. Also, someone should send a SWAT team to shut down the sweat shop they used to make it.

Malfunction...
Stuck in one mode won't switch from thumb drive to CD.. some times. And won't switch from CD to thumb drive.. sometimes...

Not an exact fit for 1999 Ram as Stated
Bought for my daughter for Christmas. She didn't tell me until after she had installed it, but it wasn't an exact fit as they claimed it was. She said it took a lot of cutting to get this to fit. Dash looks like hell now but she loves the stereo.
