I smoke and grill a lot and I wanted a set of knives that I could use specifically for that. I read a lot of reviews and ordered these knifes. I live the weight and balance and they hold an edge nicely. The case is nice to keep them in good condition. It is large enough to hold several other knives as well, which is nice for me since I purchased a couple of other knives at the same time to round out the set with othe knife styles that I like.

Perfect gift for my dad! This is my favorite knife brand, so when I saw this set at an awesome price I had to grab it. My dad loves them! They are attractive, for nice in the hand, well balanced, and sharp. Only regret is not getting a second set for myself.

I have bought and returned two sets because there were no knives included. Maybe the third one will be the charm

I have been using cangshan knives for years in my home kitchen, recently got these for Thanksgiving (hoping for Black) to match the rest, but the white looks good. I love the quality and how they feel. Definitely recommend them

I bough it originally at Costco for my husband but I have people working on the back yard without supervision a couple of days and the set just disappeared. My hubby did not put them inside. This was his second set. A bit more expensive than Costco but he need them back.

These are excellent!Lightweight but sturdy. Sharp out the bag, and easily to resharpen.

These knifes are amazing, sliced through pork ribs like butter, best choice.
