When Size Matters
First image is my Sony A80J, which is 65". Second image is this Hisense 100" screen that replaced the other. Difference in size is truly staggering. Room is large enough that I couldn't clearly see print from my kitchen, so I wanted the larger screen.Image quality is very good. Colors are very good. HDR and brightness are very good, after playing with some of the settings. Coming from an OLED television, my only real complaint is low-level, dark scenes; blacks and grays meld together, and definition is lost. For sporting events and daylight scenes, image quality is fantastic. I was concerned that I wouldn't be getting a true 4K image, but with a clean signal, this TV is as clear and detailed as you could expect. Very happy with it and no regrets on spending this much for a projector. It really is like being at the theater. I worried about center channel placement, but in the end, I put it directly on top of my Klipsch center channel, and there is no detectable vibration or issues. Assembling the screen and installing the unit took about five hours; there are many steps, and getting the screen location exact is a must.

Bigger IS better
It was shipped in a timely manner but, they did not update the tracking of the package. It showed "shipped" even after I had received the package. I did receive the package early and it was in excellent condition. For a small room and a large picture, this is the way to go. Hapy Jac's Mountain Theater is now a true theater in every way! You can see it on my YouTube channel.

Best USTP out there. Did not disappoint!
Have been following this tech for a while. Was waiting for one with HDMI 2.1, low latency for gaming, 120 hz, and great color depth for movies.bit more than I wanted to spend, but I have 0 regrets. This thing is an allstar for an XBox Series X, is amazing for movies at 4k, and fully delivers on everything in-between.It is very customizable, which I was a bit frustrated with early on. Once I found a sweet spot for each type of device, keeping that setting for each different input, it has been a revelation. Works great for Sesame Street and all the way up to Dune (2021).If this is in your budget, and you have the technical knowhow (or ability to hire professionals) to put together the screen, install it properly, and calibrate everything, then this is a great option. I would recommend doing your own research, as there are not tons of these types of projectors being made. The use for gaming/not-gaming may change what you go with. If you want a Ultra Short Throw Projector that can do everything, this is a great option.

It doesn’t show football or regular tv well.

Awesome when calibrated
Calibration takes a while and it’s a bit annoying. The auto geometric correction only works if running on wifi. So you have to disconnect the RJ45 cable from the rear for that feature to operate. Recently the built in apps have been crashing on me. So I’ve been using a PS4 to run video apps. Not too big of a deal for me as the supplied remote will control the menus on the PS4 apps. Aligning the projector to the projector screen is tough and annoying. I gave up with it looking mostly ok. The eARC kept messing up on my Bose 700 sound bar system. The audio would stop at random and come back. So I just have it hooked up using the optical cable which is fine with me. The Steam streaming app is much slower or has greater lag than my NVidia shield. I’m not sure if these issues will be fixed on a software update. The video quality is pretty good though and it does feel like I’m at a movie theater. I can see details in movies like sweat, and bad makeup I never saw before which is neat. The room in which the projector is being used has to definitely be mostly dim to get better color details.I just went to the theaters and I can say that the picture quality on this projector is better. The movie theater projector had issues with blacks in a darker room than this projector.Playing games on it is pretty cool. This person games feel more grand. There is slight lag that is noticeable. Games that require low latency should be played on a low low latency tv or monitor. With all it’s faults I’ve decided to keep it. The size of the picture is big. It takes up less space than a tv.

Bad hdr
I bought the projector from another online store but I wanted to write a review to warning potential buyers about the problem of this projector. First the plus, the projector turn on very fast like a tv. Wonderful colors low lag gaming and nice and not laggy interface google android interface. The bad things the hdr tone mapping is bad. I tested with the new Apple TV a fire tv and the interior YouTube that supports hdr. The colloids on hdr mode are dull and the blacks are gray. Check my pictures that I uploaded to the technician of Hisense. The hdr is very bad. Something has to do with the tone mapping. There is no a firmware update after 5 months the projector is in the market. Right now there is a promo 100 day no regret, that I will take advantage and I will return it if the problem will not be fixed.

Holy cow!
When my husband said we were getting a bigger tv, I had no idea he meant this big! When I walked in and saw it, at first, I though it was ridiculous. Why do we need something that big? But I have to admit, I'm impressed. Our kitchen is directly across from the living room where the tv is mounted. I would normally need to strain to see details from that far away but that is definitely not an issue now. I am in awe at how clear the picture is and when we had our first movie night, everyone agreed it felt like we were actually at the movies! It's going to be hard to convince them not to have movie night every night! We have small children, so I was worried about the light from the box and the kids looking into it but apparently there's a feature where the light will turn off if someone gets too close to it, which is a relief. At first, I was skeptical but I think we're all going to get a lot of enjoyment out of it!
