Q: How do I make sure this will fit my gutter? Our gutters look pretty standard, just want to be sure.

The Outlet is Designed for 5" standard K style Gutters. Every home is built with this style standard gutter. To get the size of you gutter just measure the top of your gutter back to front at a hanger. Your gutters should be 5" and K Style. Not sure of the style?! Do a google search for K style Gutter!

Yes the 2" x 3" mount section is meant to be cut off when installing a Larger 3" x 4" downspout. Whether removed or not the purpose of the design creates a flushing effect for massive down pressure. Increasing the amount of water that will flow threw the outlet and flushing most debris down the drain.

Q: what size pipe does the piece fit in? Will it fit in standard size gutter drain pipe?
