Good quality set of kitchen utensils, which, even though it looks, as if some reviewers have said, they are badly made, seem fine to us, and after all being used and watched several times are proving to be very useful and as if they will be doable. Five stars.

These are very much a no thrills set of utensils. They look nice and I was on the lookout of a non metal set for my non stick pans.However upon opening I could instantly see that the finish on these was no great. There were multiple little splinters of wood coming off that essentially could hurt you and would come off in your food. I lightly sanded where I could and they have come up ok.When using them, they performed ok. The reality is though that these will start to stain, depending on what you cook with them. The spatula end is also quite thick which I found awkward to use.I guess the main plus points are that they are quite cheap, eco friendly and very much non stick friendly. They do also look nice out of the box. They just don't come without sacrifice unfortunately so I can't give them more than 3 stars.

I’ve been using these daily and I find them well made and good quality. Also durable they should last for a good couple of years.Arrived well packed, would make a nice present.

This is a basic utensil set for the kitchen made out of eco friendly bamboo. The utensils are strong but lightweight and a decent size and the set includes a spoon, slotted spoon, spatula, slotted spatula and a turner. Each one has a hole in the end to hang them on hooks and has laser engraved logos. The finishing is a bit rough in places with burrs and small splinters that could do with sanding off. Other than that they are fine and I’ll be using them for cooking and serving. Just a pity they couldn’t have been finished better.

The simplicity of these kitchen utensils makes them very sweet, but it’s also slightly their downfall.The pale wood with visible grain is very sweet and homely, and they have an attractive look to them- which will last until they started to get stained by food, which won’t take very long.Unfortunately they have quite a rough feel to them. The set I received had several loose splintery threads visible, thankfully nothing that could be painful, but with the lack of finishing or protection on the wood, I suspect there will be more of these over time as the wood gradually ages.So while the naively simple shape of them is reminiscent of kitchen utensils designed for kids, I wouldn’t give my kids these ones to use.The width of the handles is well chosen as it balances the weight between the ends of each utensil well, making them easy to use.I’m giving this set four stars, partly because I want to support eco-friendly products whose heart is clearly in the right place. Ignoring that aspect though, for quality alone I’d be torn between four stars (they are quite well-balanced and sensibly shaped) and three stars (they’re primitive and roughly made, not dishwasher proof etc.)
