Our 7 year old series 900 Roomba has almost a million square feet of cleaning as it runs 5 times a week through a 1300 sq foot floor space, mostly wood and tile with throw rugs. The original tires were nearly bald and the robot was often getting stuck and needing help. Replacement tires were simple to replace, watch the videos first. Came with a knife to cut the OEM tires off, about 6 to 8 nubs. I cut mine off as close to the old tires as possible to provide something for the new tires to grip on. Fit was just right, tight enough so they don't slip but stretch just enough to get on the wheel with little effort. This is a great and inexpensive part for older robots over replacement of wheel modules. Great tread, flexible, can replace in 5 minutes after getting the old tires off.

There are videos of people easily fitting these on other IRobot models. But know that at least for the S9 you will have to squeeze these on after cutting the old ones off your wheels. It is not easy, and if you are not careful you could damage your wheel assembly. I bought 2 new assemblies from IRobot for $68 each, just in case. So I had nothing to lose, and managed to get the new tires on without disassembly of the wheels other than removing each wheel assembly from the robot. It is a very tight fit, and you will need to wedge the new rubber tires on with a screw driver or similar. There is also a very tricky spring you will have to un-hook (easy ish), to have access and then rehook (tricky). I found some advice for this on Reddit.
